FAQs and Guidelines
1. Enrolment process:
- View the material online at evl.edu.np/intl
- If you have further questions, talk to the principal at bhagwati.sapkota@evl.edu.np
- You can explore the program further through an online consultation meeting
- The program directors would love to meet and interact with your children, you can arrange a meeting for them by writing to us
- Fill the enrolment form here once you have decided and pay the relevant fees once an invoice is forwarded to you.
- We are ready to rock and roll.
2. Before the class can you please make sure that your children have:
- Access to the relevant handbooks
- One copy for writing in an orderly organized manner where children do not do anything else or tear pages out of
- One copy for artwork, please kindly ask them not to rip pages out of the art book either
- Mixed media art material: crayons, color pencils, play dough, paint, markers, pencils/ink, pieces of colorful paper or cloth to cut, glue (not everything has to be there for the class right now, but let us start putting this together as we get on)
- Two to four pencils or pens (already sharpened so children do not need a lot of time getting set), sharpener, erasure.
Please get your young to prepare this material themselves before class and get them to put them away in an organized manner after class. All children have the potential to be very organized and structured: let us reinforce the habit if they already are organized and encourage the habit if they need to work at it. Classes are a lot more fun if we can be structured.
3. During the class:
We do understand that children will yawn, will want to run over to the restroom, and look forward to playing or watching a movie or doing what children do during class.
- As far as possible, please make sure your children are well rested and ready for class
- Please orient your child on how long the class will be so they are more focused on the learning rather than how many minutes the class will go on.
- We tried having some snacks on the table while the kids were studying but that seems to distract them! So we encourage you not to have food and drinks on the table. Something to nibble on during the break is great!
- We look forward to the fun!
